2.1 PFI provides a technology infrastructure platform that aggregates third-party fiat on-ramp and off-ramp service providers.
2.2 Through the PFI platform, users may access services offered by independent third-party providers that facilitate:
a) Fiat-to-cryptocurrency purchases (on-ramp).
b) Cryptocurrency-to-fiat conversions (off-ramp).
2.3 PFI provides a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution enabling websites, applications, and blockchain platforms to integrate multiple fiat gateway providers through a single interface.
2.4 PFI only aggregates and displays available providers and enables technical integration between users and those providers.

3.2 What PFI Does

3.2.2 Through APIs, SDKs, and embedded integrations, PFI enables users and platforms to connect with licensed payment providers offering fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services.
3.2.3 Transactions are executed directly between the user and the selected payment provider.
3.2.4 PFI does not directly transact with end users.
3.3 What PFI Does Not Do
3.3.1 PFI does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange.
3.3.2 PFI does not buy or sell cryptocurrencies.
3.3.3 PFI does not provide digital asset swap services.
3.3.4 PFI does not process fiat payments.
3.3.5 PFI does not provide custody of digital assets.
3.3.6 PFI does not offer lending or credit services.
3.3.7 PFI does not determine exchange rates.
3.3.8 PFI does not act as merchant of record.
3.3.9 PFI is not a party to the contractual relationship between users and payment providers.
3.3.10 At no point does PFI take custody of users’ funds or digital assets.

4. Third-Party Payment Providers

4.1 Transactions facilitated through the PFI platform occur directly between the user and the selected payment provider.
4.2 Third-party providers are responsible for:
a) KYC verification.
b) AML compliance.
c) Payment processing.
d) Transaction settlement.
e) Regulatory compliance.
4.3 Each provider operates under its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and regulatory framework.
4.4 Users must review and accept the terms of the selected provider before completing any transaction.
4.5 PFI does not control the services, fees, or exchange rates offered by third-party providers.

5. Fees

5.1 PFI does not charge users directly for accessing the platform.
5.2 PFI may receive service fees or commissions from third-party providers for integrations or referrals.
5.3 Any transaction fees are determined solely by the selected payment provider.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Users agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes.
6.2 Users must not provide false or misleading information.
6.3 Users must not attempt to bypass platform security measures.
6.4 Users must not interfere with the functionality of the Services.
6.5 Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions

7.1 The Services may not be available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are restricted or prohibited.
7.2 Users located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions may not use the Services.
7.3 This includes jurisdictions restricted under U.S. sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

a) Continuous availability of the platform.
b) Availability of specific payment providers.
c) Successful completion of transactions.
d) Accuracy of information provided by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 PFI is not responsible for transactions conducted with third-party providers.
10.2 PFI shall not be liable for:
a) Transaction failures.
b) Payment delays.
c) Chargebacks.
d) Incorrect wallet addresses.
e) Exchange rate fluctuations.
f) Regulatory actions affecting providers.
10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Compliance With Laws

11.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes laws relating to anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions compliance, and digital asset regulations.

16.4 Considering the limited technical role of PFI as a platform aggregator, PFI does not operate as a financial institution or virtual asset service provider.
16.5 Any licensing obligations related to financial transactions are the responsibility of the selected third-party provider facilitating the transaction.
